Randi Stroh began her journey toward a career in the arts in light of her fascination for music, which she developed at an early age. She started studying and playing piano as early as five years old and, recognizing her own talents, grew eager to learn even more. Following the conclusion of her collegiate career, she fully committed herself to her endeavors, as the musical arts would assuredly offer her a robust challenge over the course of her professional career.
Ms. Stroh boasts particular expertise in classical music and has excelled on countless occasions as a performing pianist, arts educator, arts administrator, music critic and arts advocate. To wit, she served on the board of the Crested Butte Center for the Arts in central Colorado for 12 years, during which time the construction of a new building took place; this location is now considered the premier arts facility in the region. Presently, she operates as an independent artist and owner of The Circle of Time, LLC, her private studio, with a focus on performance arts and education. She has recently undertaken a series of solo piano recitals planned for 2024 in a varied set of venues and communities.
As a classical pianist, Ms. Stroh is guided by the belief that composers leave not just notes on a page, but also a message for both performers and audiences. Each performance is a new concept or viewpoint presented by the
artist, and every audience member will have a unique experience. Ms. Stroh believes those moments of interaction are where the magic and mystery of art are fully created and revealed. Likewise, she believes music can teach others much about receptivity and connection, in addition to providing opportunities to enter a space where individuals can be affected and changed.
Ms. Stroh consciously remains on the frontier of new directions and possibilities, and she intends to continue being professionally active well into the future. She wants to leave a legacy of honesty, integrity and generosity by using her
talents and abilities for individual and social progress, wherever her road may take her. Ms. Stroh firmly believes that quality experiences of art open wide doors to explore these issues.
